Yoga For Runners

Explore yogic tips and techniques to help extract more joy from your running practice!
Join Emily in this 90 minute workshop, where we will explore yoga poses designed to help strengthen and activate the muscles you use while running, yoga poses to help unwind and cool down for a run, different breathing practices to use during and while preparing for a run, visualization, and the idea of creating a moving meditation out of your run.
Please bring something to journal with and wear clothes you can move in. All levels of runners/yogis welcome.
