NOTE: This workshop is in-person. 

Community Legal Services will present information about Tangled Titles and Estate Planning as a tool to build and preserve intergenerational wealth and save the family home. Attendees will learn why tangled title is a problem, how to resolve it, and how to prevent it with estate planning. CLS will provide information about living wills, power of attorney, and wills. CLS provides free representation to low-income Philadelphia residents who own their homes.
