Airy CDC has rehabilitated a number of historic properties including Winston Commons and 6614-16 Germantown Avenue, an over-200-year-old home converted to ground floor retail and apartments upstairs. And our conservatorship program nips blight in the bud and helps bring older properties back into active contemporary life.
