With the joy of homeownership comes the responsibility of upkeep. Programs exist for low-to-moderate income families to obtain low-cost home improvement loans and in some cases, grants from local, state, or federal government. Our free Home Improvement Workshops cover these topics and bring in experts to discuss tips for better energy efficiency and what things to consider when taking on a home improvement project.
