Northwest Coalition for Healthy Aging

One of the key areas identified as a need coming out of the Mt. Airy 2025 planning process was senior engagement. To that end, the Northwest Coalition for Healthy Aging was formed, a partnership of Mt. Airy CDC, Northwest Village Network, East Falls Village, UUH Outreach Program, Center in the Park, Journey’s Way, Salus University Occupational Therapy Program, and St. John the Baptist of Manayunk’s Senior Care Program. Through regular meetings, programs are planned and created to provide local seniors to stay engaged, keep learning, and remain in the Northwest Philadelphia community they love.
