Taste of Mt. Airy

We are celebrating Mt. Airy CDC’s 45th anniversary this year with a new event called Taste of Mt. Airy! Join us Saturday, May 17 from 7-10pm at the Carriage House at Cliveden, with a VIP pre-party starting at 6pm.

Taste of Mt. Airy will showcase the neighborhood’s unique restaurants, chefs, and culinary delights. Enjoy free drinks, and taste signature dishes and beverages from our community’s top businesses. Taste of Mt. Airy will be Mt. Airy CDC’s largest fundraiser this year, and proceeds will benefit community programs including housing counseling, early literacy, small business training & support, and real estate & infrastructure improvements throughout the year.

THE MAIN EVENT: Taste of Mt. Airy will feature an open bar as well as specialty food and beverage bites and samples from participating businesses (listed below) as well as live New Orleans jazz/swing music from Reverend Chris & the Lower 19119 (dancing encouraged!), an awards ceremony honoring community champions, voting for your favorite dishes, and plenty of time to mingle with friends and neighbors. The event will take place Saturday, May 17, 7-10pm at the Carriage House at Cliveden, 6401 Germantown Ave.

Pre-party 6-7pm in the Carriage House garden: Our pre-party in the garden begins at 6pm and includes a specialty beverage as well as a selection of appetizers.

TICKETS: Tickets are currently available at $100 per person, with the option to add the pre-party for an additional $25.
