As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional training experience, ensuring each client receives the guidance and real-time adjustments they need to improve strength, feel better, and remain injury-free. This role requires strong fitness knowledge, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to command a room while fostering a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group and personal training sessions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Assess client exertion levels, pain, and body language to make real-time workout modifications.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the facility is organized and clean.
- Open and close the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and motivational skills to empower clients.
- Support onboarding of new clients by effectively communicating the value of training programs.
Role Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal training, group training, or a related field.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR NASM/NSCA credentials.
Domain Knowledge: Deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the ability to adjust programming on the fly.
Client Interaction: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
Reliability & Independence: Able to work with minimal oversight in a trust-based environment.
Comfort with Technology: Must be comfortable with live streaming group sessions.
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Must be highly organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience in high-energy, non-corporate gym environments.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and clear verbal instruction.
- Must be available for early morning (6 AM – 12 PM) and evening (4 PM – 8 PM) shifts, plus Saturday mornings.
