Elfant Pontz Properties is actively seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in Mt. Airy as the Property Management Supervisor. Specializing in local, scattered-site property management, our firm is looking for an experienced leader to drive our day-to-day operations and maintain high standards across our portfolio (Approximately 600 units).

The Property Management Supervisor will provide direct oversight of the property management team, handling all core functions, including leasing and rentals, ongoing maintenance, owner relations, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to operational efficiency while ensuring strong communication and positive relationships with both property owners and residents.

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess at least five years of property management experience along with prior supervisory or team management experience. Strong communication skills and hands-on problem-solving abilities are essential, and prior experience using AppFolio property management software is strongly preferred. PA real estate license required.
