Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood education standards and promote curiosity, creativity, and social skills.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance techniques.
• Provide attentive care to children, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including snack times, nap schedules, and transitions between activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance curriculum effectiveness and classroom environment.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in preschool settings or daycare environments is essential.
• Experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement.
