In early October, Fox29’s Mike Jerrick visited Mt. Airy to film a segment called “Mondays with Mike.” Our Executive Director Phil Dawson gave Mike a guided tour of the Mt. Airy corridor with stops at few of the small businesses near the Mt. Airy Ave intersection–including Queenie’s Pets, Blacqskirt (with Purpose Purchase thrift), and Avenues Cafe.
