Sound Bath at MWL
Friday, November 17, 2023 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sound baths offer a welcoming, safe space for people of all backgrounds to rest, reset and process deep emotions in an open, accepting environment. For 60-minutes, You will lay in a supported restorative shape of your choice with props. The sound bath begins with grounding and intention setting, as well as restorative breathing that will prep your body and mind for deep rest. Sara uses voice, singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other instruments to support you in healing, relaxation, and resetting the nervous system. You will be welcomed back slowly and with care at the end of the hour with time for reflection and checking out the instruments (of course!).
