We are going to CITIZEN BANK PARK to cheer on our PHILLIES as they face the ROYALS! A Portion of the proceeds from your ticket to this Baseball Fundraiser will support our mission to help “HOME-BASED CAREGIVERS” who tend to the needs of their loved one living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease to incorporate healthy recreational and leisure outlets into their lives to promote self-care. Our Goal: To funnel low cost to free recreational and leisure outlets to CAREGIVERS. Each ticket sold, will help us send CAREGIVERS and their loved ones to this baseball game!
