Go Mt. Airy Moonlight Movies: Dumbo
This month’s Moonlight Movie heads back to Pleasant Playground – by way of Tim Burton. This year’s live-action take on the Disney classic Dumbo takes the inflatable screen at sunset, which oughta be around 7:30pm by the 30th.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no food trucks this night, so eat ahead of time or bring a picnic. Bring a blanket or camp chair – story time for the kids at 6:30, movie at 7:30ish.

Rotten Tomatoes movie description: Struggling circus owner, Max Medici, has enough on his plate trying to keep his show running. He recruits former circus star, Holt Farrier, and his family to care for a newborn elephant named Dumbo. When it becomes known that Dumbo could use his unusually large ears to fly, he helps Medici’s circus come back to life. Dumbo attracts the attention of a wealthy entrepreneur who wants to showcase the young elephant’s talent at a park called Dreamland. Holt soon discovers dark secrets that lurk behind Dreamland.
