There are many ways we experience grief, including through death, life transitions, shifts in identity, and the ending of relationships. Grief has the potential to open your heart and be your greatest teacher, if you allow it. However, it’s not possible to heal our grief alone–the healing happens through the support of community. Dia de los Muertos Grief Circle will offer an opportunity to heal by witnessing and sharing, reflecting, and connecting with others navigating grief.

Join Maegan D’Amato for this 90-minute circle where we will engage in journaling and discussion practices that will help us transform our grief into a force that will allow us to live and love more deeply. All grief is welcome in this space!
